When booking you are agreeing to our cancellation conditions, which are in place to protect the practitioners’ time and ability to provide the best care for all patients.
24 hour cancellation policy
We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Appointments cancelled within this time period are subject to a fee equal to that of the appointment fee booked.
Late cancellation brings cost implications to our therapists and the clinic - we appreciate your understanding on this mater.
Rescheduling within the same day will be accommodated where possible. Please note that on busy clinic days this may not always be possible.

Payment can be made by card or cash on the day, or by payment link or BACS prior to your appointment
